Srinagar, Oct 13 (NVI): Light to moderate rainfall and light snowfall over higher reaches are likely at many places across Jammu and Kashmir till October 15, the Meteorological Department said on Tuesday.
The weather is expected to remain generally cloudy during the three-day period, with isolated places likely to experience thunderstorms, gusty winds and hailstorms, according to the MeT department.
However, no significant weather activity is expected thereafter, with generally dry conditions likely to prevail across the Union Territory from October 16 to 25, it said.
People have been advised to plan their activities accordingly and follow weather advisories issued by the authorities.—(NVI)
