This was disclosed by Union Minister of State for Personnel and Public Grievances Jitendra Singh.

He stated this after receiving an update from V Srinivas, newly-appointed Secretary of Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) in the Union Ministry of Personnel.
