Srinagar, Aug 20 (NVI): Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat on Wednesday reviewed the operational preparedness and security arrangements at Temporary Operating Bases (TOBs) in the Shaliganga area of Budgam district, officials said.
Prabhat was accompanied by Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone, V K Birdi, Rajiv Pandey, SSP Budgam Hariprasad K K and other senior police officers.
During the visit, the DGP took stock of the functioning of the TOBs and reviewed the operational preparedness of the personnel deployed in the area.
The review focused on assessing the effectiveness of existing security arrangements and ensuring that the forces remain prepared to deal with emerging security challenges, officials said.(NVI)
