Srinagar, Dec,4 (NVI) : An Indian Army soldier, on leave in Kashmir visiting his home, was today shot and injured by some terrorists in Tral area of Kashmir, sources said.
The soldier of the Territorial Army, identified as Delhar Mushtaq of Sofigund Khanagund, was fired at outside his residence, the sources told NVI.
He was shot in the leg and was immediately taken to a hospital, where he is stated to be in a stable condition.
After the incident, security forces rushed to the area and started a search operation to track down the terrorists. (NVI)
