Srinagar, Oct 21 (NVI): The body of the slain doctor, one of seven people killed in the major terror attack in Gagangeer area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday, arrived in his native village in Budgam district on Monday.

Eyewitnesses said that hundreds of people gathered at the home of the slain doctor to participate in his funeral.

The relatives said that such incidents have been affecting Kashmir since 1947, and this tragedy was not new to them.

They also said that the attack, which occurred at night, targeted workers who had come to Ganderbal to earn a living. The workers, hailing from different states, were innocent victims of terrorism, leaving their families in shock and grief.        (News Vibes of India)
