Kathua, Sep 10 (NVI): At least four persons were injured after the security escort vehicle they were traveling in experienced a burst in its front tyres, leading to an accident this morning in Kathua district.
Official sources told News Vibes of India (NVI) that an Innova vehicle carrying an advance party of 10 personnel was involved in an accident this morning when its front tyres burst, causing the crash.
They said the team was en-route from Preet Nagar Gangyal to provide an escort to “Dr. Jitender Singh” for a public meeting in Billawar.
They added that the accident resulted in injuries to four personnel, identified as Head Constable Jaiveer Singh, Head Constables Yudhveer Singh, Suresh Patil, and Mohinder Singh.
They said that the other personnel sustained minor injuries. All the injured personnel received first aid and treatment at CHC Bilawar.
Meanwhile, the injured are currently in stable condition, and further details are awaited.(News Vibes of India)
