Quetta, Sep 10 (NVI) Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) tonight said it has killed 11 Pakistani soldiers and wounded 5 in 5 separate attacks in Kalat and Khuzdar districts of Balochistan.

At least 4 personnel of the occupying forces were killed and 3 injured when the freedom fighters blew up their vehicle with a remote-controlled IED in Shekhari area of Kalat yesterday, BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.

The vehicle was destroyed in the explosion, he said.

In another operation, BLA freedom fighters ambushed a foot patrol of the Pakistan army in  Morgand area of Kalat yesterday, eliminating two personnel, he said.

In yet another operation in the same area, freedom fighters eliminated a Pakistani soldier in a sniper attack, the spokesman said.

The killed soldier was stationed in a Pakistani Army post, he said.

Earlier, on September 5, freedom fighters targeted a foot patrol of the Pakistan army by detonating a remote-controlled IED in Morgand, eliminating two personnel and injuring two more, he said.

In Khuzdar’s Zehri, Anjira area, freedom fighters carried out another remote-controlled IED attack, targeting enemy bomb disposal personnel, resulting in the elimination of two personnel, Jeeyand Baloch said.

“Baloch Liberation Army claims responsibility for all these operations and reiterates that its armed struggle is solely against the Pakistani Army and its expansionist agenda. Enemy convoys, installations and support structures remain legitimate military targets,” the spokesman said.

“Until the Pakistani Army ends its illegal occupation of Baloch land, BLA’s resistance operations will continue with full force,” he declared. (NVI)
