Srinagar, Mar 15 (PTI): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday handed over an appointment letter on compassionate grounds to Mst. Shabeena Bashir, wife of Constable (Photographer) Javid Mansoor Rather of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, who was martyred in an accidental blast in Nowgam.
An official statement said that the Lieutenant Governor handed over the appointment letter to the bereaved family and expressed solidarity with them during the difficult time.
He also assured all possible assistance and support from the administration to the family of the slain constable.(NVI)
