Srinagar, Mar 6 (NVI): Three persons were injured after a leopard attacked them in the Bohripora area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday.
The injured have been identified as Shakir Ahmad Dar, son of Mohammad Latief Dar, a resident of Chek Nowpora, Syed Hussain of Bohripora and Altaf Hussain, an employee of the Wildlife Department.
Officials said that the injured were shifted to GMC Baramulla for treatment.
Meanwhile, wildlife department teams have been called to the area to trace and trap the leopard. — (NVI)
