Srinagar, Apr 5 (NVI): Chief of Defence Staff Anil Chauhan on Saturday visited North Kashmir to assess the anti-infiltration grid and overall operational preparedness of the formations deployed along the Line of Control.

“He was apprised of the evolving threat landscape, current security scenario and the formation’s readiness posture to respond effectively to emerging challenges,” post reads.
The CDS during his address to the Corps troops emphasised upon the futuristic challenges and the imperative to be prepared for a Multiple Domain Warfare with Jointness, Technology and Training being the key facets of our strategy.
He exhorted the troops in forward areas to maintain relentless vigilance and operational dominance along the LoC, ensuring any inimical intent is pre-empted, intercepted and decisively eliminated. (NVI)
