Rajouri, Jan 18 (NVI): In the wake of a series of tragic and mysterious deaths in Budhal village, Rajouri, Member of Parliament (MP) for Anantnag-Rajouri, Mian Altaf Ahmed, visited the village to meet with the families of the deceased.

The deaths, which have left the community in shock and confusion, have raised serious concerns among locals and authorities alike.

During his visit, Mian Altaf met with the grieving family members and expressed his heartfelt condolences for their unimaginable loss. Describing the deaths as “painful and worrisome,” the MP stated that the circumstances surrounding the tragic incidents required immediate and thorough investigation to uncover the true cause. “These deaths are deeply troubling, and it is important that the actual reason behind them is brought to light. I stand with the families in their grief and hope that justice will be served,” he said.

The mysterious deaths have caused a ripple of fear and suspicion in the area, with the villagers left in a state of despair. Despite the gravity of the situation, the affected families have not made any formal demands for financial or other forms of relief, as they remain emotionally shattered by the sudden losses. Mian Altaf assured the families that their pain would not go unnoticed, and promised to support them in any way possible during this difficult time.

“The priority now is to determine what caused these tragic events and ensure that those responsible are held accountable,” Mian Altaf emphasized. “While the families have not formally requested any aid, it is our responsibility to provide them with all the assistance they need in these trying circumstances.”

Highlighting the complexity of the situation, the MP called for a comprehensive investigation and suggested that experts from outside the region be brought in to assist local authorities. “Given the mysterious nature of these deaths, it is essential that we involve experts from outside the region who can bring in fresh perspectives and ensure that the investigation is conducted thoroughly and impartially,” Mian Altaf remarked.

The local community, still reeling from the shock, is awaiting clear answers, as rumors and speculations continue to spread.

The authorities have not yet released additional information on the ongoing investigation, but the visit from the MP and his assurances to the families have provided some hope that the case will be treated with the seriousness it deserves.
