Odisha Guv receives first copy of his book ‘Nonattached Attachment’

New Delhi (NVI): Odisha Governor Ganesh Lal received the first copy of a spiritual book written by him- ‘Nonattached Attachment’, on the auspicious occasion of ‘Bahuda Yatra’ yesterday, Lord Jagannath’s return car festival.

The book, written by the Governor, is based on Bhagavad Gita. Subhransu Panda, director of PEN IN Books publication handed over the first copy to Ganeshi Lal on the premises of Raj Bhawan. Odisha Governor’s wife Sushila Devi and his Public Relations Officer Rakhyak Nayak were also present on the occasion.

On the occasion, the Governor expressed happiness after receiving the first copy of the book which he has been written on Karma Yoga of Bhagavad Gita.

He said that no power can confine the Bhagavad Gita within religion, country or time zone and added that Gita’s relevance pervades through ages.

Although Bhagavad Gita is a small book, its elucidation and interpretation is very tough, he added.
