Srinagar, Oct 11 (NVI): An old rusted mortar shell was found in Rathua village, located near the International Border in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said here on Friday evening.
Official sources told NVI that a local resident informed authorities about an old rusted mortar shell found in his field while ploughing in Rathua village.
They said that a police team and officials from the BSF 67 Battalion arrived at the spot to assess the situation.—(News Vibes of India)
