Islamabad: Pakistani military lost 4 more personnel while one was injured in two separate attacks today as it continues to be on the receiving end, losing men in restive Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and occupied-Balochistan.
Only yesterday, 9 personnel of the Pakistan Army were killed and 15 injured after 5 armed men stormed the Cantonment in Zhob area of Balochistan and held control of the premises for several hours.
This morning, the Pakistani security personnel got engaged in a gun battle with heavily-armed men in Sui district of Balochistan.
It left 3 soldiers dead, according to the military’s Media wing Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Two rebels were also killed in the gunfight.
Later in the day, a security personnel was shot dead and another injured by unknown gunmen in Miranshah in North Waziristan.
These killings add to the huge losses that the Pakistani military has been facing in terms of men and material in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

Yesterday, 5 armed men stormed the heavily-guarded Army Cantonment in Zhob area of occupied-Balochistan and the ensuing gunfight for several hours left 9 soldiers dead and 15 injured.

Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan (TJP) took responsibility for the attack, saying the attack by the 5-member team was led by Maulvi Muslim.
