Peshawar, Jan 12 (NVI) Troubles for the Pakistani military are increasing as more and more Jihadi groups continue to join Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), with a large outfit from North Waziristan associating with it today.

The group, led by Ali Dawar and comprising hundreds of armed Islamist cadres, expressed readiness to work closely with TTP in its mission to defeat the Pakistani military and impose Sharia laws in the country, TTP spokesman Muhammad Khorasani said in a statement.

The group, called Jaish-e-Umari, is one the most active Jihadi groups in North Waziristan.

According to an estimate, it has over 1000 Jihadis.

Khorasani described the development as “good news for all Pakistani Muslims and Mujahideen of Islam.”

He said the group led by Ali Dawar pledged allegiance to TTP and follow the Sharia and “policies of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan in the light of Sharia”.

On this occasion, the TTP invited “other jihadi fronts to continue their jihad under one emir and one party to achieve the holy jihad in Pakistan and its fruits in the true sense and the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan which is in the true sense.” (nvi)
