Jammu (NVI): Pakistan today violated ceasefire along Line of Control (LoC) in the Sunderbani sector of Rajouri district in Jammu & Kashmir at around 1.30 pm, defence officials said.
The Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with heavy and small arms, they said.
“At about 1330 hours, Pak initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with Small Arms & shelling with Mortars along LoC in Sunderbani Sector, District Rajouri (J&K),” they said in a statement, adding the Indian Army was giving a befitting response.
Before this, Pakistan had violated the ceasefire in Mankote sector of J&K’s Poonch on Friday.
