New Delhi (NVI): Many symptoms that appear in the gums and teeth can be considered as early signs of high blood pressure, according to a recent study published in the American Heart Association’s journal Hypertension which says oral diseases and high blood pressure are closely related.

This research also suggests that people who have a disease called periodontitis are at higher risk of high blood pressure.

High blood pressure can cause many dangerous ailments such as heart attack and kidney failure.
