RPF jawan killed, colleague injured in Kashmir terror attack

Srinagar: In yet another targeted attack, Pakistan-supported terrorists today shot dead a jawan of Railway Protection Force (RPF) and critically injured his colleague in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said.

The unknown terrorists opened fire at the RPF personnel in Kakapora area of Pulwama, the police said.

“In this #terror incident, 02 RPF personnel sustained bullet injuries & were evacuated to hospital, where 01 RPF personnel succumbed & attained martyrdom,” said a tweet by Kashmir Zone police.

Police said a hunt has been launched to track down the assailants.
