Muzaffarabad (POJK): In shocking revelations, it has been found that in the University of Kotli in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POJK), professors have been exploiting girl students sexually in lieu of marks and degrees.
The lid has been removed from the unholy and immoral reality after indecent videos of a number of female students were recently discovered in the mobile phone of a Head of a particular Department of the University.
“The kind of videos found in the mobile phone of the particular professor highlights an alarming situation,” said a student who did not want to be identified.
According to this student, female students are routinely lured and exploited sexually by professors in lieu of marks and degrees.
After the scandal was detected, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) of POJK expressed serious concern.
“If this thing is not controlled now, no one will allow his daughter to study in the University in future,” said a JKLF leader.
According to him, if that happens, then the base of education in POJK would be eroded.
He said serious efforts were needed to “eliminate the mafias who are blackmailing our girls in the University of Kotli”.
He was hopeful that the government of POJK would deal with this matter seriously.
A similar incident had rocked the University a few years back too, when a second-year female student had acccused a lecturer of harassing her.
The Physics lecturer Muhammad Saeed was later sacked after an investigation found him guilty in 2020.
