New Delhi (NVI) : India recorded a slight decline in the daily number cases of coronavirus, with 4,01,078 positive cases being reported today against 4,14,188 the previous day.
However, the single day death toll reported today was 4,187, which is higher than 3,915 recorded during the previous 24 hours, according to Union Health Ministry.
The total number of active cases now stands at 37,23,446.
The count of 4,14,188 new single-day cases reported yesterday was the highest number so far.
The previous day figure was 4,12,262 cases, which was a big jump from 3,82,315 cases recorded a day earlier.
