New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India crossed the 6 lakh mark today and rose to 6,04,641 after 19,148 new cases were reported in a single-day, according to Health Ministry data.
Meanwhile, the total number of fatalities due to the deadly contagion rose to 17,843 in the country after 434 new fatalities were reported during this period.
In terms of total number of cases, Maharashtra continues to be the worst affected state with 1,80,298 coronavirus cases followed by Tamil Nadu with 94,049 and Delhi with 89,802 positive cases.
