New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India has reached 22,68,675, after 53,601 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to Union Health Ministry data.
Meanwhile, the death toll stands at 45,257 after 871 new fatalities were reported in the country during this period.
In worst-affected Maharashtra the coronavirus tally reaches 5,24,513, followed by Tamil Nadu (3,02,815), Andhra Pradesh (2,35,525) and Delhi (1,46,134).
