New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India are nearing the 7 million-mark and stands at 69,79,424 after 73,272 fresh cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to Union Health Ministry data.
The country’s death toll stands at 1,07,416 after 926 new fatalities were reported during the same period.
In worst-affected Maharashtra, the COVID-19 cases crossed the 15 lakh-mark and stands at 15,06,018, followed by Andhra Pradesh with 7,44,864 cases, and Tamil Nadu with 6,46,128 cases.
