New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India have crossed the 10.9 million-mark and currently stands at 10,977,387 after 13,993 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry data.

The country’s death toll stands at 1,56,212 after 101 new fatalities were reported during the same period.

Maharashtra remains the worst-affected state with 20,87,632 COVID-19 cases followed by Kerala with 10,25,937 cases and Karnataka with 9,47,246 positive cases.
