New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed the 11.4 million-mark and currently stands at 11,474,605 after 35,871 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry data.

The country’s death toll stands at 1,59,216 after 172 new fatalities were reported during the same period.

Maharashtra remains the worst-affected state with 23,70,507 COVID-19 cases followed by Kerala with 10,96,392 and Karnataka with 9,63,614 positive cases.
