Srinagar, July 30 (NVI):- National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah has expressed grave concerns over the recent escalation of terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
Abdullah alleged that Pakistan is sending highly trained terrorists across the border, a move that he warns could lead to a swift escalation of tensions in the region.
Abdullah emphasized that India has a threshold for tolerating such consistent terrorist attacks, suggesting that the ongoing incursions could provoke a strong retaliatory response from Indian forces.
He called on Pakistan to cease these activities immediately to prevent further destabilization.
“Pakistan’s actions are becoming increasingly aggressive with each passing day. The highly trained terrorists being sent into our territory are a significant threat to our peace and stability. The situation is on the brink, and continued provocations will not be tolerated by India,” Abdullah stated.
He also urged the international community to take note of the situation and pressurize Pakistan to halt its support for terrorism.
Abdullah’s comments come in the wake of several recent attacks in the Jammu region, which have resulted in casualties among both civilians and security.(News Vibes of India)
