Pulwama (NVI): A day after a grenade attack on civilians in Sopore, terrorists this time targeted the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel in Drabgam in Pulwama district of Kashmir. However, there has been no report of any injury.
According to a statement by the CRPF, “At around 1530 hrs, unknown terrorists fired around six to eight rounds at a bunker of the CRPF”.
The statement said that the attack was promptly retaliated by the troops, adding that there was no loss or injury due to the attack. Additional deployment have reached the spot and search operation has been launched.
On October 28, terrorists launched a grenade attack near Hotel Plaza in Sopore injuring seven out of which three were stated to be serious.
