TTP kills 4 Pakistani soldiers, injures 5 in 2 attacks

Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) today said it killed 4 personnel of Pakistan army and injured 5 in two separate attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since yesterday.

An attack was carried out at the Arjunli Nadi check post of the Army in Bara area of Khyber Agency last night, TTP spokesman Muhammad Khurasani said in a statement to NVI.

 

In this attack, 3 army personnel were killed and 5 were seriously injured, he said, adding a security camera was also destroyed.

Earlier yesterday afternoon, a soldier carrying water on a donkey for a military post in Zirki village of Mir Ali in Bannu district of North Waziristan was killed by a sniper shot by Mujahideen of TTP, Khurasani said.
