TTP kills 6 Pakistani soldiers, injures 3 in 2 attacks

Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has killed at least 6 personnel of Pakistan Army and injured 3 in two separate attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since last night, according to the Islamist outfit.

The TTP Mujahideen today ambushed an Army convoy in Bara in Khyber Agency, in which 4 Army personnel were killed and 3 were injured, its spokesman Muhammad Khurasani said in a statement.

Implying that it was a revenge attack, he reminded that some time ago, the Pakistan Army had martyred one of TTP comrades Muhammad Taqblaullah in the same area.

In an earlier statement, Khurasani said TTP ‘Shersift Mujahideen’ attacked an Army post in Taimargarh area of ​​Balambat Tehsil in Malakand Province with a thermal gun last night, killing at least 2 soldiers.
