Kulgam, Oct 13 (NVI): Two children died in a road accident in DH pora area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday, officials said here.
An official told NVI that a dumper vehicle hit the two children in DH Pora, resulting in critical injuries to both.
Following the incident, they were taken to SDH DH Pora, where doctors pronounced them dead on arrival.
The deceased were identified as Maliha Aijaz, daughter of Aijaz Ahmad Wani, resident of DH Pora, aged 13 years, and Amman, son of Aijaz Ahmad Hella, resident of Yaroo, aged 3 years.
He said that the driver of the dumper fled the scene following the incident.—(News Vibes of india)
