Rajouri, Sept 13 (NVI): Two minor sisters died after allegedly being bitten by a snake at Manma Barmari village in Kalakote sub-division of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, officials said on Sunday.
According to preliminary information, the sisters, aged five and three, were sleeping in a room along with other family members when a snake appeared on the bed and allegedly bit them.
The two children were taken for medical treatment but succumbed to their injuries, officials said.
