Srinagar, Mar 07 (NVI): Two persons sustained burn injuries after an inverter battery exploded inside a room in the Hawal area of Srinagar on Saturday, officials said.
As per news agency (NVI) that The injured were initially taken to Gousia Hospital and later referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment.
The injured have been identified as Aabid Misger (50), son of Mehraj Din, a resident of Hawal, and Irshad Ahmad (26), son of Abdul Rehman Bhat, a resident of Eidgah Sangam, they said.
Both persons sustained multiple burn injuries in the incident; however, hospital officials said their condition is stable as of now.(NVI)
