Mumbai (NVI): Market regulator Sebi has started the process of probing the non-disclosure of price-sensitive information by Infosys as alleged by a whistleblower, who had also claimed that the IT company had also committed many corporate governance lapses. According to reports, Sebi is also inquiring into possible insider in the company’s securities.
