New Delhi (NVI): In order to carter to the need of oxygen in the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the country, India today received shipment from Thailand carrying 15 oxygen concentrators, Ministry of External Affair (MEA) said.
“Further strengthening historical ties with a close maritime neighbour. Welcome the gift of 15 oxygen concentrators from our ASEAN partner and friend Thailand. Also thank the Indian community in Thailand who have generously donated another 15 oxygen concentrators,” MEA tweeted.
A total of 4,01,993 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the last 24 hours in India, taking the cumulative cases to 1,91,64,969 in the country.
The country has also registered 3,523 deaths and 2,99,988 discharges in the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
