New Delhi (NVI): India recorded 3,57,229 new single-day COVID19 cases along with 3,449 deaths, Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the total number of active cases in the country now stands at 34,47,133.
At least 3,20,289 Covid patients were discharged during this period.
The cumulative death toll has now gone up to 2,22,408 and total recoveries are 1,66,13,292.
As many as 15,89,32,921 people have been vaccinated.
Yesterday, a total of 3,68,147 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the previous 24 hours in India.
The country had also registered 3,417 deaths and 3,00,732 discharges in those 24 hours.
