Sopore, Nov 08(NVI) : Two unidentified terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in the Sagepora Sopore area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday.
The encounter broke out after security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the area following specific inputs about the presence of terrorists.
“Both the bodies, along with a huge cache of arms and ammunition, have been recovered from the encounter site,” said SP Sopore, Divya-D, while speaking to the media.
“Searches are currently underway in the entire area,” she added.—(News Vibes of India)
