Balochistan: BLA says it killed 668 Pakistani soldiers in 6 months

Quetta, July 4 (NVI) Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) killed a huge number of 668 personnel of the occupying Pakistani security forces and wounded hundreds of others as it carried out 284 attacks in Balochistan during the 6-month period from January to June-end this year, according to the outfit.

During this period, the freedom-seeking armed group also eliminated 58 agents of the Pakistani military and arrested 290, said a statement issued by BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch.

It said the BLA carried out 121 blasts were detonated and 131 vehicles of Pakistani forces were destroyed.

This period aiso saw the unprecedented action by the BLA whose fighters numbering 33 hijacked a train carrying nearly 250 Pakistani soldiers.

BLA freedom fighters conducted 9 special operations during these 6 months, including three Fidayeen (Self-Sacrifice) attacks, the spokesman said.

“A total of 36 BLA freedom fighters attained the high rank of martyrdom in defense of motherland, including an additional 7 Fidayeen (Self-Sacrificers),” the statement said.

Freedom fighters took control of more than 45 locations while completely destroying 17 military installations, it said.

During these operations, more than 115 different types of weapons and large quantities of ammunition were also seized.

“All these figures and military operations clearly reflect the fact that Baloch Liberation Army inflicted heavy losses on occupying state forces through systematic, deadly and fierce attacks in the first six months of 2025,” the spokesman said.

“BLA’s strategy not only succeeded in gaining ground superiority but also dealt a deep blow to enemy’s military confidence and operational capacity.

“BLA will continue its struggle against state oppression and occupation with greater intensity and planning in the future. Balochistan is no longer a safe front for occupying state,” he said. (NVI)
