Rajouri, Jul 26 (NVI): Senior Congress leader Farooq Khan, a resident of Manjakote, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a hotel near the Bus Stand in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Sunday, officials said.
According to officials, police rushed to the hotel after receiving information about the incident and took the body into custody for medico-legal formalities.
The exact cause of death is yet to be ascertained. Police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident, officials added.(NVI)
