Bandipora, Sep 5 (NVI): Fresh snowfall was recorded in the higher reaches of Kaobal Gali in the Tulail area of Bandipora district on Saturday, bringing a change in weather conditions in the high-altitude areas of north Kashmir.
The snowfall covered the mountainous landscape with a fresh layer of snow, giving the upper reaches a wintry appearance.
Kaobal Gali, located in the higher reaches of the Tulail Valley, frequently receives snowfall during colder weather due to its high elevation and mountainous terrain.
The latest snowfall was mainly reported from the upper reaches of the Gurez-Tulail belt, where temperatures remain considerably lower than in the plains.
