Samba, October 5 (NVI): A man was shot dead allegedly following a property dispute in Jakh area of Vijaypur in Samba district on Monday evening, officials said.
According to officials, the accused opened fire at the victim during the dispute, resulting in his death.
He said the weapon used in the offence belonged to the deceased.
Following the incident, Vijaypur Police arrested the accused, officials said.
A case has been registered at the concerned police station and further investigation is underway to ascertain the circumstances leading to the incident, officials added.—(NVI)
