Srinagar, Dec 28 (NVI): Due to adverse weather conditions, all flights at Srinagar Airport have been cancelled today.
The authorities have urged passengers to contact their respective airlines for updates on rescheduling and further information.
A spokesperson for Srinagar Airport stated, “Due to heavy snowfall and poor visibility, flight operations have been temporarily halted. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to passengers and request them to get in touch with their airlines for further updates.”
Passengers have been advised to remain in constant communication with their airlines. “We understand the difficulties this may cause and appreciate the patience and understanding of all travelers,” the spokesperson added.
The inclement weather, including heavy snowfall and reduced visibility, has made air travel impossible for the time being. “We are continuously monitoring the weather situation, and once conditions improve, we will resume operations,” the statement concluded.(News Vibes of India)
