Balochistan: BLA says 5 Pakistani soldiers killed, 3 injured in attack

Quetta, Mar 26 (NVI) Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed to have killed 5 Pakistani soldiers and seriously injured 3, including a Major-rank officer, in an attack in Kalat district of Balochistan.

The BLA freedom fighters targeted a vehicle that was part of the occupying Pakistani army convoy using a remote-controlled IED in the Harboi area of Kalat, its spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.

“As a result of the explosion, 5 enemy personnel were eliminated on the spot and 3 personnel, including a Major-rank officer, were seriously wounded,” he said about the attack that took place yesterday.

He said the army vehicle was completely destroyed due to the explosion.

Jeeyand Baloch said the BLA fighters have also been foiling repeated attempts by the occupying Pakistan Army to advance in Harboi and surrounding areas where the military wants to carry out oppression against the civilians. (NVI)
