Balochistan: BLA says it attacked Pakistan Army, killed an officer

Quetta: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) tonight claimed responsibility for attacks on Pakistani Army in Kolwah area of Kech district in occupied Balochistan, saying one enemy officer was killed.

The BLA operatives ambushed a convoy of the occupying Pakistani army in Muristan area of Kolwah this morning, its spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.

The convoy was attacked with rockets, snipers and other weapons, he said.

Meanwhile, the enemy army used a surveillance drone, which was targeted and destroyed by the freedom fighters, the spokesman said.

Another squad of BLA fighters attacked an enemy army post established at the said location with automatic weapons, resulting in the death of at least one officer on the spot, he said.
