Quetta, Mar 24 (NVI): Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed to have killed at least 10 Pakistani soldiers and injured over a dozen more in multiple attacks across occupied Balochistan over the last four days.
In one of the attacks, BLA freedom fighters targeted the main camp of the occupying Pakistani army in the Saradok area of Panjgur district from two directions.
The fighters fired 20 rounds from rocket launchers at the enemy positions and used other heavy and automatic weapons, BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.
In the attack, which lasted more than 30 minutes during the intervening night of March 22 and 23, three occupying Pakistani army personnel were eliminated and at least four were wounded, he said.
The enemy also suffered heavy property losses, the spokesman said.
In another operation during the same night, BLA freedom fighters set up a blockade on the main highway in the Washbud area of Panjgur and maintained it for two hours during which snap checking was carried out, he said.
BLA fighters also targeted occupying Pakistani army personnel on Airport Road in Turbat city during the same night while they were engaged in the blockade, the spokesman said, adding as a result of the attack, an enemy personnel was eliminated on the spot and two others were wounded.
BLA freedom fighters also targeted an occupying Pakistani army post at Taleemi Chowk in Turbat city with a hand grenade and as a result of the explosion, enemy army suffered casualties, he said.
BLA fighters carried out another attack on the occupying Pakistani army’s post in the Gehbun area of Turbat.
Freedom fighters fired several rounds using grenade launcher at the enemy army and as a result, at least four enemy army personnel were wounded, the spokesman said.
BLA freedom fighters also fired several rounds using grenade launcher at an occupying Pakistani army post in the Heerabad area of Tump, which successfully hit their targets.
As a result of the explosion, enemy army suffered casualties and property losses, the spokesman said.
BLA freedom fighters targeted another post of the occupying Pakistani army in the Meerabad area of Tump, firing several rounds using grenade launcher at enemy positions, he said.
As a result of the attack, an enemy soldier was eliminated and at least three others were wounded, he said.
BLA fighters also targeted two on-foot security personnel in front of an occupying Pakistani army camp in the Khadkocha area of Mastung on March 22, leaving one of them dead and the other seriously injured, the spokesman said.
The fighters seized the weapons of the enemy personnel, he said.
Another attack was carried out at a post of the occupying Pakistani army at Archanan Kulki in the Zamuran area of Kech with automatic and heavy weapons, Jeeyand Baloch said.
At least 3 enemy personnel were wounded in the attack while the enemy army used a surveillance drone which was shot down by the BLA fighters, he said.
The enemy army’s communication tower and cameras were damaged in the attack, the spokesman said.
Prior to that, BLA fighters targeted a vehicle that was part of a 23-vehicle convoy of the occupying Pakistani army in Nazarabad in the Tump area of Kech in a remote-controlled IED attack during the intervening night of March 21 and 22.
As a result of the explosion, an enemy army vehicle was completely destroyed while four of the nine personnel on board were killed on the spot and five were seriously wounded, the BLA spokesman said.
In another operation during the same night, BLA fighters targeted the Manjhu Shori police station of Naseerabad with a hand grenade attack, causing property losses to the enemy. (NVI)
