Balochistan: BLA says it killed 2 Pakistani soldiers, injured 4

Quetta: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) tonight said it killed 2 Pakistani soldiers and injured 4 in an attack on a convoy of security forces in Kalat district of occupied Balochistan.

The BLA freedom fighters targeted a vehicle in a convoy of 12 vehicles of the Pakistani army with a remote-controlled IED in Iskulko area of Kalat today, its spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.

The convoy, when targeted, was advancing for the purpose of patrolling/military aggression, he said.

As a result of the explosion, two soldiers, including Naik Shafqat of the Pakistani army, were killed on the spot and four soldiers, Naik Shah Nawaz, Sepoy Bashir, Sepoy Owais Ahmed and Sepoy Muhammad Afzal were injured, the spokesman said.
