Balochistan: BLA says it killed 3 Pakistani Army men, injured 5

Quetta: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) tonight said it killed 3 Pakistan Army personnel and injured 3 in three different attacks in Quetta and Kalat in occupied-Balochistan.

BLA operatives attacked soldiers stationed at the gate of a camp of the occupying Pakistan Army at Ziarat Colony on Sariab Road in Quetta in a grenade attack, its spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.

Two enemy personnel were injured as a result of grenade explosion inside the post, he said.

Separately, the freedom fighters of Baloch Liberation Army attacked the main camp of the occupying Pakistani army in Johan area of ​​Kalat last night with rockets and other weapons, he said.

As a result of the attack, one enemy officer was killed on the spot, while at least three more officers were injured, Jeeyand Baloch said.

“After the attack, the alarmed occupation forces fired mortar shells at the civilian population in different areas throughout the night,” the BLA spokesman said.

In another attack, BLA operatives shot and killed 2 motorcycle-riding army personnel in an  attack at Mangchar, Johan Cross, he said.

The said officials were taking medicine for the injured officials in Johan Camp when the freedom fighters targeted them on receiving information, he said.

“The Baloch Liberation Army accepts responsibility for the three attacks and reiterates its commitment that our operations will continue until the complete withdrawal of the occupying Pakistani army,” the spokesman said.
