Quetta, Feb 19 (NVI) The killing of 7 bus passengers in Balochistan was tonight owned by Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) which said those neutralized were “personnel of the occupying Pakistan army and its intelligence agencies”.
The BLA said the 7 people were killed in Barkhan after proper identification and based on information collected by the outfit’s intelligence wing ‘ZIRAB’.
They were guilty of heinous crimes of infiltration and Baloch genocide in Quetta and other areas of Balochistan, said BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch.
“After their complete identification, they were neutralized,” he said in a statement.
“During this targeted operation, freedom fighters set up a blockade at the New Quetta Pashin Bismillah Hotel in the Rarkan area of Barkhan last night at 10 pm and started snap checking of vehicles,” he said.
The BLA fighters stopped the Desire coach, which was carrying personnel of the occupying Pakistani army and intelligence agencies. Fighters neutralized all the seven agents after identification including former DSP Aashiq Hussain, the spokesman said.
“The wanted state terrorists were involved in several heinous crimes such as spying, Baloch genocide, enforced disappearances and harming Baloch national interests and were wanted by the Baloch Liberation Army,” he said.
They were finally arrested in a raid-based operation on ZIRAB’s information and after identification, the death penalty of the criminals was immediately implemented, he said.
“Baloch Liberation Army accepts responsibility for this operation and issues a warning to all agents of the enemy army to give up their Baloch genocidal acts and stop supporting the enemy army. Otherwise, all the actors involved in the Baloch genocide will be brought to a tragic end,” he said. (NVI)
