Quetta, July 31 (NVI) Baloch Raji Aajoi Sangar (BRAS) today said its freedom fighters eliminated 5 Pakistani soldiers and injured several others as they targeted occupying military and its supply vehicles in Zamuran district of Balochistan.

Giving details, BRAS spokesperson Baloch Khan said the freedom fighters conducted a blockade, set fire to and destroyed vehicles transporting supplies for occupying Pakistani army near Nawano in Zamuran on the night of 28th July.

The drivers were released after being warned, he said in a statement.

“BRAS freedom fighters held their positions as planned and the next day, fighters ambushed and attacked the convoy of motorcycles and vehicles of occupying Pakistani army in the area after targeting it with a remote-controlled IED,” the spokesperson said.

“Fighters opened fire on occupying army with automatic and heavy weapons. As a result, 5 occupying Pakistani army personnel were neutralized and several others were injured,” he said.

“In Zamuran, some locals are involved in supplying rations and other supplies to occupying Pakistani army. This act directly falls under facilitation of occupying army,” he said and warned all such individuals to immediately stop these activities.

“Those who are supplying occupying army are warned that if they do not stop this act, our attacks will be more severe in the future and as a result, they will be responsible for their own lives and property,” Baloch Khan said.

“Our attacks on occupying Pakistani army and its collaborators will continue,” said the spokesperson of BRAS, which is a conglomerate of armed freedom-seeking Baloch groups, like Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) and Baloch Republican Guards (BRG). (NVI)
