Balochistan sees attacks by freedom fighters on Pakistani forces at multiple places

Quetta (Balochistan), July 10 (NVI) Baloch freedom fighters in large numbers struck at several places against the occupying Pakistani forces in Balochistan, attacking military installations, establishing check posts and torching fuel tankers since last night.

The identity of the attackers was not clear yet but these incidents coincided with the announcement by Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) about launch of ‘Operation Baam (Operation Dawn)’ last night under which the outfit vowed to carry out intensified attacks on the occupying Pakistani forces across Balochistan.

In Kolwah district, the main camp of the Pakistani forces was stormed by a large group of armed men who took control of it.

The freedom fighters also attacked a military post in the Tejaban area and another in Gwarkop area of Kech district.

The also attacked military personnel in Chhatar area and a police check post in Sasoli area of Naseerabad district.

A police post in the Lohi area of Sohbatpur district was also targeted.

A blockade was established by the rebels on a major highway in the Dosa Lashari area of Sibi district.

Details about casualties and other losses were not known yet. (NVI)
