“We are ready to surround Pakistan from both eastern and western fronts and are eager to drown this menace in its own blood,” said a statement issued by the BLA, which has been waging an indigenous war for independence of Balochistan from Pakistan.
“Pakistan has not only been a breeding ground for global terrorists but also a center for the State-sponsored development of deadly terrorist groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad and ISIS,” it said.
“The ISI (Pakistan’s Intelligence Agency) is the network behind this terrorism, and under its auspices, Pakistan has become a nuclear state of violent ideology, which is becoming a volcano for its own people and for the entire world,” said the statement issued by BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch.
“Now is the time for the subcontinent and the world to take decisive action against this terrorist state,” he said.
Clearly referring to the ceasefire agreement reached between New Delhi and Islamabad yesterday with directly mentioning it, the spokesman said, “We tell India and other states of the region that the time has passed to believe in Pakistan’s promises.”
The history of Pakistan “has been written with the patronage of broken promises, backstabbing and terrorism. This is a State whose hands are stained with blood and whose every promise is soaked in it,” the BLA spokesman said.
“At a time when Pakistan, frustrated by its failed military policies and diplomatic isolation, is shouting slogans of traditional deception and false peace, we want to deliver a very clear and unambiguous message to India: every talk of peace, ceasefire and brotherhood from Pakistan is merely a deception, a war tactic and a temporary ruse,” he said.
“It is time for the world to recognize the state of Pakistan—the creator of terrorists—as a terrorist entity and treat it accordingly,” the spokesman said.
“We warn every conscious and powerful party in the region: if Pakistan continues to be tolerated then in the coming years the very existence of this state may lead to the ruin of the entire world,” Jeeyand Baloch said.
“The control of nuclear weapons by a fanatical military establishment is a ticking time bomb—not only for the region but for global security,” he said.
Emphasising that there can never be lasting peace in the subcontinent “without eliminating a scourge like Pakistan”, the BLA said, “As long as this State exists, it will continue to tighten nooses around the necks of the innocent and the smell of gunpowder will continue to spread from Kabul to Kashmir. New generations in this region will continue to be taught hatred, extremism and terrorism.”
Goading New Delhi to launch a decisive military action, the spokesman said, “We assure India that if it makes the final decision to eliminate the terrorist state of Pakistan, Baloch Liberation Army, along with the entire nation is ready to attack from the western border. We will not only welcome this decision but will become its practical and military arm.”
Jeeyand Baloch said his outfit has rendered Pakistan “helpless on mountain fronts, urban fronts and every other front’ and “If we receive political, diplomatic and defense support from the world, especially from India, Baloch nation can eliminate this terrorist State and lay the foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and independent Balochistan.”
A separate nation of Balochistan will not only permanently stop the export of terrorism to the subcontinent but will also begin a new chapter of peace and prosperity in this region, the BLA spokesman said.
“If the world, especially the countries of the subcontinent, do not seize this opportunity, Baloch nation will continue its struggle for liberation on its own,” he said, adding, “Sooner or later, we will destroy this occupying terrorist state and liberate our motherland.”
He, however, warned that “the longer this process is delayed, the more bloodshed, terrorism and instability the world will have to endure.”
“Our armed struggle on motherland Balochistan is testimony to the fact that the Baloch nation, without any external military or financial support is defeating the world’s seventh nuclear state on our soil,” the BLA spokesman said.
Asserting that BLA is the guarantee of an independent, peaceful and progressive Balochistan, he said, “We can be the guarantor of the end of terrorism, regional balance and world peace, if the historical status and steadfast resistance of the Baloch are recognized and Baloch are given the status they deserve.”
He strongly rejected the Pakistani allegation that “Baloch national resistance is a proxy of any state or power” and said, “The BLA is neither a pawn nor a silent spectator; Baloch Liberation Army is a dynamic and decisive party.
“We have our rightful place in the current and future military, political and strategic formation of this region and are fully aware of our role.” (NVI)
